My mission comes from a promise I made years ago to a contractor who was helping me renovate one of my early flips. Once I shared my Live-In Flip method with him, he suggested that I write a book to help everyday people that were sitting on the sidelines. I promised him that when I hit my financial goal, I would do just that. That promise continues to guide everything I do today. 

I believe building wealth through real estate shouldn't require empty promises, exclusive memberships, or costly coaching programs. It should be accessible, practical, transparent, and achievable for everyday people who are willing to learn and make informed decisions.​
